Selling policies!

• I always send a photo of the item packaged with the address shown for you to confirm.• When sending stamped, I always provide a video of me dropping the item off in a postal mailbox.• I accept paypal f&f, venmo, and concealed cash. For concealed cash I accept USA only and I will not send out the item until I have received the payment.• I accept paypal g&s for tracked shipping only, if you pay g&s for stamped shipping I will refund you.• Domestic shipping for stamped photocards is free. Worldwide stamped shipping for photocards is $1-$2. Larger items will vary and be specified on the item's post.

trading policies!

• When trading I always provide two things:
— Part 1) A photo of the item packaged with the address shown.
— Part 2) A video when I drop the item off in a postal mailbox.• If you trade with me you must provide the two things
I’ve listed above (a post office receipt is also acceptable but tell me beforehand).• I will not send out my end of the trade unless I receive part 1.• If you have less than 10 recent proofs I will ask you to send your half of the trade first.• You must tell me beforehand if you cannot provide a video dropping the item off in a postal mailbox, a post office receipt, or if you send from a personal mailbox.• If something comes up where you cannot send out on the date agreed, tell me. I am ALWAYS willing to work something out but you must communicate with me.

General info!

• I work full time and I'm based in the USA.• I used to go by @tessshopskpop on Instagram and Twitter but now I go by @ahgaunitrades instead. I go
by tess_0728 on Depop, Mercari, and eBay.• I usually reply within 24 hours but it varies. If you cannot wait at least a few hours for a reply then don't buy or trade with me.• I do holds for 5 days max. If there are specific circumstances I will hold for longer but require a set date.• When you message me explain what you want to trade or buy, if it's a simple "hello" I may overlook your message.• If I don't reply within 24 hours you can bump the message. Most likely if I don't respond it's because my policies were not followed.• Feel free to message me with any questions or concerns.

general policies!

• I always ship with protective packaging (toploader, cardboard, bubble wrap, etc.).• I ship worldwide unless stated otherwise on a post.• I ship via stamped mail by default. I do not do tracked shipping unless you ask and pay for it.• I am not responsible for lost or damaged mail due to post office handling, once the item is shipped it is out of my hands.• If there is any damage due to my packaging we can negotiate the best course of action (refund, partial refund, return, etc.).• I do not do refunds or returns unless it is regarding my packaging.• I write usernames on envelopes do if you are not okay with that tell me.

Additional info!
